I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A RUSSIAN WOLFHOUND!
Russian Wolfhounds are also ‘sight’ hounds. They track things by strong eyesight. That also means that the second they get a glimpse of a movement in a rabbit (for instance), he won’t have a chance and you won’t have a chance to stop him.
WHAT TYPE OF MILK AND WATER DO YOU DRINK?
I have switched back to the milk that is most nutricious, has the most natural ingredients, and is the milk the cow, and nature intended. Bullshit to the other watered down stuff. I’ve recently switched to tapwater only for water. Who wants watered down and unregulated shit. Whole milk is BEST. Cows know best!

What a beautiful dog! Funny one rarely sees them around. I guess they must be more of a challenge to maintain, perhaps.
my sister wanted a russian wolfhound. i wanted a lurcher. i’d still be happy to take a couple (yes, 2) bermeise (cant’ spell for crap) mountain dogs or great pyrennes – ollie and barney… little dogs are just chew toys.
What a unique and elegant looking creature. I love the look of that silky fur. That just screams super expensive. hehe I have heard that they are quite loyal and brave.
They ARE noble looking.
They are beautiful animals! I’ll have to research them.
a lot of purebreds have serious problems ive heard,,, and ive had some,, theyve had problems,,, im a cat person myself,,, mixed cat,, i like mixed cat…
milk?? hahahaha,,, not in this lifetime,, milk is for baby cats…
howve you been?
The Wolfhound is gorgeous.
As for milk or water? … i’m a fruit juice drinker
I grew up milking cows and remember how they would spatter pee in the bucket or stick a hoof in just as I was finishing. I’d filter it and let my sisters put it on their cereal.
@dingus6 - Tim, you grew up milking cows?? Where? Germany? Michigan? Taiwan? Difficult to imagine you as a farmer. Really, for me, though I’m certain that it’s impolitically correct, and the are many worldwide, it’s hard for me to get it through my noggin that there are Asian farmers. (at least in this country) Sorry to be so crazy. I had four sisters. Too get even with the oldest one I’d put my dirty feet all over her pillow… (when she wasn’t around). I’ve milked cows too. We started with Holsteins before I was old enough. We switched to Angus and Herefords later who usually didn’t require milking. I know about the hoof thing and tail swatting. Dirty tail swatting can be as bad as anything! I have seen a picture of you with your parents and a younger sister on your other site when you had it. Do you have another sister, or more? other siblings? Are you related to Jane by chance. You look similiar.
Next question: Are you still in Ann Arbor? Where in Michigan does your family live? As I told you before, my family has a farm in Barry County (SW of Lansing). Let’s meet-up when possible when I visit over there again sometime.
@wednesdaywannabe - Lol, drink milk, water AND fruit juice. We don’t need bottled water in general and it’s unregulated. Why not drink whole milk rather than watered down milk? It’s a plot I tell ya…
@mejicojohn - Hi brother! Yes, I’d sure like to check a purebreads parents if possible. I always like cats too, however I am tired of paying somebody to care for animals when I leave for a few days. Unfortunatwely it’s implausible to have a dog where I live. It’s a highrise. Maybe I’ll figure out something.
@guypithecus - I like the idea of Great Pyranees too, after becoming aquainted with them on your site. I like the idea that they can live with stock all the time without biting or killing them. Believe me, if I have a chance I’ll have three dogs.
@butshebites - They are noble and regal, aren’t they? I’d enjoy them running across the fields with the horses.
@starduskmoon - Gallent, I hope, too!
@tumbling_dice - They’re Russian, that’s why!
@travelerblue - Orginally I wanted an Irish Wolfhound (they’re the largest dog I think). I also like Airedales a bit. Funny, I just gor a goole add inside my xanga for wolfhound puppies etc. Now Black Russian Terriers are in my field of view… Great Pyrannies look great.
You must have me confused with someone else!
