GALVESTON, Texas – The death toll from Hurricane Ike is remarkably low so far, considering that legions of people stayed behind as the storm obliterated row after row of homes along the Texas coast. But officials suspect there are more victims out there and say some might simply have been swept out to sea.

@ryoushi - Very poignant. Sad. I’ve often thought of the actress in the movie “Mystic River” who never knows that her husband was wrongly killed by the mob and keeps searching for him. “Ike” brought much sadness, I am sure, for those who lost the most.

@anotheryoder - Sounds like you have a Yoder fashion line in mind. I have seen some of the girls in your webring and they really have a nice style of dress. Believe it or not, I like classy better than sexy, if it looks good. You know my great grandfather had a mennonitie cemetery on his okla farm. That’s where our line of Meenonite ism stopped though.
