i know i’m supposed to like them, since i was raised in the south, but i only like the seedless ones.  the seeds irk me to death.  maybe it’s the OCD. ;o)

  • Keep it square!

  • thanks for the comment

  • I suppose the real question would be does it taste any different from the round one, and if the answer is no, then no is my answer as once you cut into it with the lights off, it all tastes the same, lol! How have you been?

    Tomesara.

  • I could think of 100 things I would rather spend a hard earned $80 on….and none of them would be a square melon.

  • The witty comment is LOST because this site froze up on me…just trying again to see if it’s YOUR site or if it was just a momentary xangafuck

  • I want one of those watermelons…………those are cool………..and watermelon is good for you and Watermelon is an excellent source of potassium and vitamins A, C, and B6….I love watermelon……….lol…blessings.

RYC: Yeah, I think Truman’s was my favorite as well. I’ve been doing okay.

  • ryc: Should I be surprised? hmmm… Nah… Now just don’t try to dress them in babydolls. lol Ang

  • RYC: Well, I hadn’t thought of Spam in that light, but you are exactly right.

  • Ridiculous!  But fun.  I might try and grow a square one.

  • RYC on the Theologians Cafe. Do you have to resort to Al Gore for your scientific evidence? Come on this is the guy who remade himself every other day whenever the polls went against him.
I didn’t think they should allow the words documentary and produced by Al Gore in the same film.

  • IAN ODAmench = the Hebrew name of God [ IAN ODA backwards is Adonai] and a bastardization of the Yiddish mensch, which kind of translates into the ultimate man], so you can be sure i’m not finished whit HIM yet

And one of my main purposes for blogging has always been to reveal certain clues to my REAL writing—they’ve always been there Even though what i’m working on now is straight up pulp fiction, and you’re gonna love it?, there’s also a minute level of Joycean subtext going on.

  • God Bless sweety!

  • Dan – The film and the science were well presented. You haven’t stated to me anything that encourages me to see the science in a different light. I stongly encourage anyone who wants to state thoughts on global warming, to see Inconvenient Truth, if only to see where others are coming from. I did not vote for Al Gore that year either, but don’t see him in the light you present at all. Cheers to him for being so vigilent in the environmental arena.

My problem with Al Gore that year was that the Clinton administration was emersed in the DLC (democratic leadership caucus). Among other things, they supported NAFTA, GATT, welfare reform that threw many poor out to the dogs, triangulation negotiation etc etc etc ad infinitum. I always respected Al Gore’s environmental stands though.

  • that is seriously amazing.

  • If I had the money I’d seriously take into consideration eating those damn things. Cubed shaped fruit? That is insane.

  • do you have any samples?

  • I am only barenakehd. This is the only place I post.

But it’s fun to know there are similar folk.

  • She’ll never see what hit her.

  • I hope I’m sweet. :}
It hit -19 degrees Fahrenheit today. There are no flowers outdoors. Nor birds. Nor anything, really.

I am working toward a day when child soldiers are a thing of textbooks and museums.

  • The’ve just discovered that Mars is also going through an immense warming trend.  How would this be explained by the “Al Gore Camp ?”

  • naw, , , i dont like the round ones, , , and theyre what, , , $1. . . naw… i do have a game cube tho.  thats square.

  • Nope, never saw that. Must be a relative, haha. Sorry for slacking. People just don’t like to show up for work so I never have days off. Wow, so much for fruit. Oh well, looks pretty cool. Hope all is well. Take care and Aloha!

  • I had one of those Japanese squares…

    No big deal.

    ryc:

    Wanna borrow my brass knuckles?

  • RobertL – You have to ask Al Gore that, not me. Maybe you have a link somewhere about global warming links to Mars, something else in the solar system or even sunspots. I will be happy to look over anything like that if it isn’t a whole book or something, or perhaps you, or someone else could state the thoughts in a nutshell for me. Don’t just belittle Al Gore though. See the movie too. What on earth would it hurt? Answer this question: Does the smog in LA effect the people there on humid days? It is idiotic to refute that. In the same way, if there is co2 in the atmosphere that is perhaps 1000 (or several hundred at least) times what it has ever been in thousands of years, including at least two ice ages, don’t you agree that it could possibly screw up our planet? Al Gore pointed out a veritable sea of melted fresh water, waiting to be released suddenly, from inner Greenland into the ocean current. What are the consequences to be? let’s be smart. First, a smart thing is to see the film. I disagree that we should assail Al Gore and ignore the issues. Thanks for your thought. If you have a link about global warming on Mars, let me know…

  • Oh, sorry, I thought you were promoting his views.   I didn’t mean any kind of offense.  I was just wondering your opinion or if you’d had also heard the same story, for it was in the news just recently and i found it peculiar.

  • Ooops ended too quick.  I’ll see if i can find the link for you.

  • WOW those are Cool….glad you figgered the Barenaked thing out…I thought you were asking me if I posed for the comic book bare naked…..thats why I did not respond….sorry!!!! : ) ~which I didn’t……

  • They wouldn’t roll around in the fridge and jump out on your toe when you open the door.
